It's easy to give a good review when things go smoothly but when they don't and you have a realtor that represents you and fights for you that's when you know that you have a great realtor. Marissa was looking out for me when the seller's agent was going to take a lesser offer for the property because they offered earlier, and not the better offer, so my offer ended up being accepted. Also when the seller was going to sell all the appliances and the sellers agent didn't disclose that in the purchase agreement she stood tall and worked out an agreement to have money put down (not by me) to buy new appliances because it wasn't disclosed in the purchase agreement. I highly recommend Marissa as a realtor. She is professional, intelligent and kind. She is always looking out for you, easy to communicate with and is always available when you need her. When I sell or buy in the future there really isn't a thought of anyone else I would go to.”
